Vodafone India — International roaming to be activated | |||
Hello, My name is Ronald Dominic Anthony and my mobile number is +91 [protected]. I have been using this number for almost 4 and a half years. That should tell you that I am a loyal Vodafone customer. This mail is with the intention to let you'll know that you have let me down as a service provider in the last few months, two months ten days to be exact. Reason: Inability to resolve the issue I have reported with you'll over this period. I have raised numerous requests to activate International Roaming, over the phone through your call centre and also by going to the Vodafone store personally. The SR nos. are- 20th Jul 2014([protected], [protected]) 16th Aug 2014([protected], [protected]) I am right now in Singapore and all my bills, bank advices, OTPs come to my Vodafone number which currently is deactivated because of Vodafone's ability of not enabling the International Roaming. I would like to let you know that I have submitted a copy of my passport to your store, my address verification has also been successful but still my request is pending. I am tired of calling your customer care which takes me about 10minutes to connect. Mind you it's an ISD call and I have called many a times.
