[Resolved] Vodafone India — Internet Plan change not Done and Later Charging Extra For it | |||
I would like to register a Complaint for the mail chain attached below. I had written the below mail on 5th may for change of my Internet plans and got the reply from Vodafone below for that mail. But as it has turned out instead of Activating my Internet Plan of 2G 2GB no Internet plan was activated on my Number. 2 days ago I've received a bill for Rs.1236 out of which most of the amount is for Internet usage @4p/10KB since no internet plan was Active on my number !!! I have been charged for using Internet as I was intimidated via mail from Vodafone that my 2G 2GB plan is Active but now as I've come to know even now there is No Internet Plan active on my number !! This kind of service shows Vodafone in very poor light. I was called up thrice for giving feedback after change of Internet Plans but now I've come to know no Plan was Activated !!! This kind of Customer service is totally unacceptable and I am deeply saddened by this lacklustre attitude. I've tried calling your Customer Care 199, 198 and [protected] explaining the problem to them but haven't heard back yet from you. This issue has caused a great mistrust between me as a customer continuing with your services any longer !! Was this information helpful? | |||
