On 28 Feb 2015 I had ported from Airtel into Vodafone.
Plan details:
Monthly rental: 129
Monthly net charges: 250
I used this Vodafone service only for 2 days and they had sent me a bill of 857 Rs. When I had escalated this to the team, it took 3-4 Days for them to look into this. Now when they have accepted their mistake, still they are not resolving my request on priority.
It's been more than 10 days that my request is open but still not received the resolution. Was this information helpful? |
