[Resolved] Vodafone India — involuntary service activation and balance deduction | |
Hi, today morning after i made a talktime recharge of inr 100 for my vodafone number [protected], i started receiving msgs about activation of some hungama play and music packs and money was directly deducted from my balance for the same. When i made many calls to the customer care, they told me that i had activated the packs on 10 nov. 2019 and the money has been deducted for that and it cannot be refunded. This was shocking to hear because i have never replied to any msgs requesting activation of the mentioned packs and these packs were directly activated by vodafone without my consent. This looks like some fraudulent activity from the company's end so i request to take the necessary action against the company and help me get my refund.
