Vodafone India — Irrational mobile bill charges | |||
My vodafone No. is [protected] and the bill cycle is from 11.12.15 to 10.01.2016. I have been charged Rs. 1374.84 for mobile internet charges exclusively when I have email from Vodafone dated 10.01.2016 (last day of cycle) clearly mentioning that I have used 326.00MB. I have SMS-es from Vodafone confirming the same. Second, about the late payment charged - I have paid well on time via Vodafone recharge partner - PAYTM. I have the necessary emails to support the payment was delayed due to 'OPERATOR DOWN' status of VODAFONE. I have bank account statements confirming the payment date and have attachments for communication from Paytm. I have already mailed these to Vodafone. This is the heights of taking undue advantage of customers. That too after being a customer for over 3 years and with regular payments.
