Vodafone India — irrelevant balance deduction again | |||
Name: aditya singh Mobile no.: [protected] Service provider: vodafone Dear sir/madam, I've been facing this problem since a long time. They are deducting my balance without proper reason. I faced this problem in two sim cards. This problem is continuing so many times. And they are not connecting my call to customer service representative. Balance deduction was ₹49/-, again ₹10/- and ₹10/- now ₹49/- again. Please view it seriously and i want immediate response for this mail and even through this mail i'm asking you to refund my whole money. This is my second complaint regarding this issue no action taken by vodafone. I have unlimited plan still deduction happens it feels like fraud. Complaint costumercare number not working that is 198. ... Refund is necessary... And take strict action towards companies policies Thank you... Was this information helpful? | |||
