Vodafone India — Irrelevant deductions while browsing internet and customer care not giving response | |||||
I am vodafone customer since last 4 yrs. Its a pleasant time to deal with vodafone for 4yrs but these days i am quite unsatisfied with the service provider and executives. Whenever i browse my internet or any app on my phone, always there have been a deduction of some amount against activation of some services which i have never requested for. Its too frequent and i am complaining for it more than 8 months. It goes with too much wastage of my time and money. Today i ask customer care executive about mnp service and after that they made me unable to get code in response or port request. Then i again call customer care and ask why i am not able to send any sms to any no. Then he replied "sir, Aap message kya bhejna chahte h??? Port ka message nahi ho parha h kya apke no. Se???" Its quite amazed for me how he know whats in my mind even before my words goes out of my mouth. Then its sure for me that they disable this option of mnp for me as i checked later that i can send sms to any no. But its not able to sending port request on 1900. Which i have sent successfully from my next vodafone no. And its successfully requested. Kindly pay attention towards this kind of response in todays world of extreme telecom service provider's competition. Was this information helpful? | |||||
