[Resolved] Vodafone India — Issue with 3G not addressed even after multiple follow-ups in a month | |||
Hi .. This is Ganesh Taware from Hinjewadi, Pune. I am using Vodafone as a mobile service provider and not very happy with the way they are treating me. [Dear Vodafone - in case you are unable to locate me, my number ends 8909] When I reported this issue multiple time a month ago, they blocked me from the complaint line itself. (198) I realized it after a fortnight when the 3G issue became unbearable. Vodafone gave me a resolution as 2nd April for a ticket which was 2 weeks from the date I complained. Nevertheless, I waited. To my surprise, I did not receive any call on the suggested day, forget about the resolution. I have raised a ticket again. What I am not hapy about is, that if they cannot provide me the service, they should revert the amount and also compensate for the trauma I have gone through waiting for 3G to work for the past month.
