Hi,
Yesterday, i have received legal pre-litigation notice from manish agarwal from vodafone india. On the same day, i received reminder email as well... Refer below mail. Asking me to remain present at 11.00 a. M. On 09/12/2017 at district court, shivajinagar, pune for amicable settlement.
After responding to this email mr. Pravin called me who's name and numbers ([protected], [protected]) mentioned in the e-mail.
Also, they have sent one fellow mr. Ganesh more to my residence for collection for pending bill payment.
After that in the noon, i got a call from mr. Pravin, after telling him all the truth he asked to cancel the connection sending mail to manish agarwal??? And clear the payment beforehand... This act is forcing the customer to pay for unutilized and substandard services.
I can sense that with having no ability to resolve my issue vodafone is keeping my connection on even after sent a mail for cancellation of both the connections, they keep generating bills and following-up for payment.
I really appreciate their efficiency, proactiveness in this process or recovery but what about customer satisfaction? Are they really providing the services per slas? Why they are not checking the reason for non-payment of bills.. And just started accusing customers...
Then the questions fall in mind; why they don't have inter-department communication? Why customer has to face every time every other person fro same reason and has to explain the same thing again and again? Don't they have a complaint backup?
The whole process is purely mental harassment, cheating and bluffing.
Please do the needful.
Looking forward pure justice.
I have every proof of me... I. E. Complaints raised, call records, chats. Etc.
