[Resolved]  Vodafone India — less amount received on full talk-time recharge

I recharged my phone with Rs 250 on 25/05/2014 from vodafone's website where it was written that i will get full-talk time, WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS. But when I recharged, I only got Rs 219.I immediately called 198 where I was told that the rest of the amount will b given in 24hrs. Since I didn't receive it, I again called 198 next day where I spoke to Mr. Rahul who said that there is no such plan and I will not get any remaining amount. Neither he lodged my complain saying that complaints are not lodged at 198 nor he allowed me to talk to any senior officer. Please look into the matter at earliest and update my balance adding Rs 31.
