Vodafone has tried to make fool to many of its customers by charging enormous 3G charges and I was the example for this month where for the usage of just 300MB data, I was charged around Rs. 1, 300 additionally. I am even not sure about this usage of 300MB. As per their advice, when I had written a mail to them on 15th April 2014, there was no revert by their team within their TAT of 2 days. Finally I called them up 3 times to resolve the issue and call was getting transferred from one executive to another executive and no one was willing to speak to me properly.
Worst thing is that they asked me to disconnect the connection but not willing to reverse charges levied.
You are requested to please take a proper action to resolve ths issue.
