Vodafone India — [protected]@it service started automatically and money has been deducted | |||
First, please keep some professional customer care executives(CCE). Your CCE quality is degrading day by day. They do not know how to speak and the only thing they know is arguing. Please provide quality training and people at customer touch points. The message reads as "Hello! Look @ it services is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental has been deducted. Your Current balance post service activation is rs. XXX.XX To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 (Toll Free)." I have no clue from where this service got activated. I never activated such plan and the CCE keeps arguing that you went to browser and activated it. For sure, that never happened and how come Vodafone can deduct any balance for something they don't know and they are not linked in any terms. they say they don't know what is it and it's a third party charges which has nothing to do with Vodafone.. Strange, how can someone claim from my vodafone balance if Vodafone does not have any link. I saw many similar complains raised and i guess this looks like a fraud and Vodafone can not clear its hand from this. Was this information helpful? | |||
