I requested for post paid to pre paid by depositing all bill and sim on 26 dec 2015 with all supporting id proof. Issued with new sim immediately with assurance to activation in 24 hrs. Yet my sim not activated. Approach ed to office 5 time and resubmitted proof thrice. Mention that post was existing on same id. But your rep says id proof invalid. I was to pay credit card bill and booked 2 tickets against same no. Due non activation of sim i had to cancel my tickets got 2000 loss also intrest incurred on credit card.
