I am a customer of Vodafone since 4 years.. my Sim is registered on the name of my uncle...the incident took place on Saturday 11th may 2016. i have lost my phone have complained about it in a call center where it was told that my Sim will be deactivated and will receive new Sim at my place. i got a new Sim but when its comes to an activation process there is no1 to activate as the customer care says go to the store to activate and store says as we have not issued a Sim we cannot activate tell the customer care to do it. i was there at store for about 1 hr, but no proper assistance and hence i tell u that the worst service is of Vodafone where they don't have any kind of after sale service for there existing customer. and hence i will discontinue with all the Sim of Vodafone and will also shift my service provider from now on.
