[Resolved] Vodafone India — Main Balance getting deducted even though on safe browsing.

Hi, My Main balance was deducted when I was using Internet. I had a 1GB 3G Data plan active with a remaining Data of 295 MB. But still my main balance got deducted. When I call back to Customer care, got to know like some paid downloads has been done. But as per my best knowledge I never did that kind of download. Even If I attempted to do that, it could have intimated me as it is paid download and certain charges will apply. I never get any such message.
The Chennai Customer care Rep responded very poor and unclear manner to give the full information. And he is reluctant to transfer the call to his supervisor too. When I ask to transfer, they put it on hold for 5-10 mins and call got disconnected.
I am posting this to make other's aware that vodafone is doing poor maintenance on both tracking and with customer care.
