I had activated 25 MB data balance through Vodafone's self activation system *444*5# at 3.23pm. When I used net I found at 9.27pm that my main balance of Rs.27 has been deducted along with the data and main bal is zero. At every time I get SMS regarding 80% or 90% used data before expiry of the data bal. But today I found no SMS for which I had to face a cheating activity by your company.Then immediately at 9.29pm I contacted your customer care regarding this matter but his response to my anxiety was less intensity and even he refused to allow me to talk with seniors as per my request. At the time when I contacted your customer care I had Zero balance in my account but how could I became fruitful in contacting that to 13.57minutes as there is required Re0.50 paise for 3 minutes to make call with customer care authority. Really surprise! Even your customer care authority refused me to give customer complaint e-mail id or any contact number. Is this really a good customer service?
So kindly consider the above matter and refund me the wrongly deducted main balance to my accont as this is the fault from your side for not sending SMS before expiry of data bal. I am waiting your heartiest response within 24 hours otherwise I will be bound to cut-off relation with Vodafone completely. I was also cheated for Rs.99/- some months ago for which I don't recharge big amount and today that mistake has again reviewed.
