[Resolved] Vodafone India — Making Fake promises and making fool | |||
I am using Vodafone post paid connection since last 1 year but on 25 May bymistakley one data pack is activate on my mobile but they didnt provide me confirmation message I am worried about that so I called for to customer care they inform me about wrong packge is activated so they help me as they deactivate that plan and that time promised that they will not charge me for the same. But in May month bill they charged me for the same so I decided to change the network(Portabilty) and on 17 July they call me and ask for the resion then told about the same at that time they promise that they will rollback that amount and convence to use Vodafone service. I inform them let they will have to send me sttelment mail about wrong charge after that i will pay the bill they agreed . At the end they still not send me any mail and now they are saying that it will be not rollback and now they charged me huge amount. Regards Kalpesh Patil Was this information helpful? | |||
