Vodafone India — marketing calls | |||||
Hi, It was the worst experience with vodafone as i had a vodafone postpaid connection [[protected]] which i later ported it to airtel as due to vodafone's worst network in my area. But soon after porting it to airtel i started receiving calls for porting my number to vodafone where i explained them that it was a vodafone number which i ported it to airtel as i was not happy with their services and not to call me but then they would still call me 5-6 times a day 7 days a week and after every call that i receive i kept blocking their numbers but yet they kept calling me from different numbers every time and kept bothering me during my office hours and classes for almost a year now and finally when i decided to end this so i took my brothers phone who has a vodafone connection [[protected]] and called vodafone customer care on 14th of jan 2018 where i spoke to a lady about this issue where she assured me that its been deactivated and i would never receive any more calls from them Yet again today on the 16th of jan 2018 i received a call again from them for porting so then again i called customer care and spoke to anjali yadav who gave me the reference number [[protected]] and she assured me again that i wont receive any more calls from now as we speak but again i got a call from them after 30 minutes then i called vodafone again and spoke to abhishek bhandari from customer service where out of frustration i gave him no information and asked for a supervisor where the agent was so rude and denied for transferring the call as he needed to know what is the concern so then i gave him the reference number and told him to go through it and connect the call to a supervisor but he then was so rude and started yelling at me with a high voice as he still wanted to know the concern as he says the previous agent anjali has not documented any information about the previous conversation properly then i told him that its not my fault and why would i repeat the same issue again and again but then the agent kept repeating the same again and again as an ivr, however after wasting 20 minutes of mine he said he will speak to anjali about the same. After having a ward with her he said the request is under process but yet he kept cutting me where i kept asking for a supervisor but he straight away denied to transfer. Its the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life with no respect for customers and no assurance of their commitment as it seems so unprofessional of them with such poor skills and no supervisors to speak and rude agents. Its so harassing for people where they receive 5-6 calls for no reason and even after complaining you get no response from them and yet the problem continues as it so hard As i am writing this email i have received a call again from them for porting. I work in night shift where i sleep in the morning and these scam companies like vodafone keeps harassing me for profits. I want to sue vodafone for running such and unprofessional business.
