Vodafone India — Migration of postpaid to prepaid | |
I have requested for migration of my [protected] and [protected] vodafone numbers from postpaid to prepaid on february 4th 2016. It is not done even after payment of bills and submission of all the required documents. Again i went to the vodafone store on 4th of june 2016 and submitted the documents for the second time. I paid the outstanding bill on the same day of bill generation (15 days before the due date). I surprised to check that it is not happened after so many visits and submission of documents and payment of bills. When they issue the new post paid connection they will be very friendly. When it comes to conversion they behave like this. They do not want to loose the customers nor they provide proper service. I had been harassed by this a lot.
