Vodafone India — misbehave by customer care executive | |||
Hello sir, i am abhilash singh. I was calling on customer care no. in 15june at 2am. Executive pick up the call and without any welcome note he say in hindi "kya paresani h" means "whats the problem" in a rude way. I asked to know his name ..he didnot tell his name. I again tell him that i will complain ..then he say that ok as you wish...i call again 3 to 4 time.he picked the call gave same responce. After that he blocked my customer care service198.i am totally shocked.one of the executive named as "Subhash".All are executive sleep at night and takes salary without any works. All are customer care executives are represent the vodafone. Any misbehave made by him is not individual .i am 4year old customer. My cell no. is [protected].plZ check the all call around 2am.and listen all the conversation .plz take a strict action and open my customer care no.198.if you will not take any action, i will port this no.
