[Resolved] Vodafone India — misbehave with an old customer | |||
Today one phone call is received from a number [protected] on which i followed that the number has come from vodafone bill section. One lady has talk to me adversely regarding non - payment of bill against number [protected] which i have purchased as a family pack along with other two post paid numbers. Since 2001 i am a serious customer and having no record for non payment. Due to lacuna from vodafone shop at asansol i have to pay excess money which is not expedient. Now my appeal before you that, The lady should apologist before me for her misbehave with a senior customer, and before payment of the dues the matter regarding wrong connection should be finalised.
