[Resolved] Vodafone India — Misbehaviour and very bad services | |||
I had purchased a vodafone post paid number from the vodafone company shop near to surya nagar police station. I waited for 4 days for its verification and the verifier declined it as he found the door locked (as per the voda employee Anil), I was waiting for the verification that day since morning and the verifier lied. when i had a word with Anil, he was rude and arrogant as her hardly cared for the business. I demanded another round of verification and the verifier didn't showed up. Finally i asked Anil to provide me with a prepaid sim and it has been 2 days that the sim has not been activated. I do not understand how are the services being provided by Vodafone and how are you guys behaving with your customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
