Vodafone India — misbehaviour with customer | |||
I am vodafone post paid customer my mobile no is [protected], I visited their vapi customer service outlet for transferring ownership of above mentioned mobile no, they gave set of forms and informed about certain documents required for transferring the ownership. i went to the store again after collecting all the required documents but then they asked for other documents which they have not mentioned earlier and they asked for rs 500/- as deposit for the transferring documents which i was not told about in my earlier visit too their branch i told them they should have informed me during my first visit and the charge they are leving for transferring the ownership is not as per their company rules. hearing this the customer service officer started to abuse me and told me to leave the premises.
