Vodafone India — Miscommunication/Improper response

Hi,
My mobile number is [protected].I'm using vodaphone
Service more than 8 years.I lost my sim and blocked my number last week.I got duplicate sim for the same number on 18th Apr.But the sim is not activated till today(21st Apr).I contacted vodaphone show room regarding my issue.As per their communication my sim was activated.If i contact customer care they are telling sim card is an inactive status.I contacted customer care more than 20 times in a day for this simple issue.But till now my issue is not get resolved also i'm getting different information from each CC people.One representative told me today they need a re-activation request from vodaphone show room.But they sent request yesterday 4:28:20.This information confirmed by both vodaphone how room & customer care rep.But today CC rep tells like they didn't get re-activation request.CC rep ask me to visit show room again and get new sim card.But it's very far from my place and i don't have time duration to visit again.
I really vexed about your service.From today morning i'm unable to contact from my other service provider number.I'm getting the repeating voice mail message.Then i tried to contact your CC people from some one number.It's very simple issue.But it's continue more than 3 days.
I missed all bank & official calls these days(More than 10 days).
|This is really worst service.When i use post paid connection & now prepaid both services are really worst.I have only one reason to keep this number because this number regarded by banks & official persons.
