Vodafone India — Misguidance of postpaid plan and poor service

I am writing this to raise my complaints against one of your executive who misguided me and I had to suffer a lot because of that.
I was interested in Vodafone Postpaid plan so I applied for the same on website.Then I got a call from Ms Zara (Mob No- [protected]), she proposed a me plan as per my requirement.She gave me a plan of Rs 399 monthly rent in which I will be getting 1700 local and std minutes, 1gb 4g and unlimited 2g and 500 sms.I even have watsapp conversation with her which I will attach with this mail.
I gave the valid documents with 150rs deposit.But after my Postpaid plan was activated, I got completely different plan.I was given 800 local minutes.I tried calling her but she is not responding which makes it a clear case of fraud.
Even my grievances were not addressed from Vodafone Support side.I raised complaint from all the available portals.I was given assurance that I will receive a call from back end and my issue will be resolved..But nobody responded to my complaints.When I approached Voda store again today I was told that your issue is closed because you have signed the documents on which tha plan is written which i got.But on looking at the documents and on inspection it was clear that it was'nt me who signed those documents.As it had different signs on different pages.
So all these action make it a case of fraud.I request you to look into the matter, take severe action against this Executive and provide me the plan which was proposed to me i.e, 1700 local and std minutes, 1gb 4g after that unlimited 2g, 500 sms.Else I will have no other option than moving to consumer forum with the proofs I have and my manipulated documents.Every time I call customer care or go to voda store I am just told that yiu will get a call from back end.But i did'nt get any.Moreover the reply I am getting in mail is pathetic, that I have'nt the document on which this plan was mentioned, I am stating again and again that I went to Voda store and proved in front of them that somebody faked my sign as it has different signs on different pages.
Vodafone is not paying attention to my problem as I have not got a single call from back end.I want my greivance to be addressed soon.
