[Resolved] Vodafone India — Misguiding and not responding properly | |||
Hi, I have three vodafone postpaid connections in my name, i thought of converting one postpaid connection to prepaid and one more connection with change in data plan.But Vodafone service people(Vodafone care, Club road, Vijayanagar, Bangalore) didnt respond properly and denied to give prepaid sim, hence i went for cancellation of service.One more connection they denied again for changing plan to lower one and had lots of talk, Atlast i went for conversion from postpaid to prepaid, they denied to give micro sim and they responded that as per policy we will give normal sim.This is horrible from Vodafone care guys.
