Vodafone India — mislead offer and balance problem | |
The complaint is regarding the fact that some amounts are assigned for some offers which people may or may not know. And a person looking just for balance gets an offer which is completely useless to them. I already had free full talktime for a month and wanted to recharge my phone for important msgs that i needed to send but instead the amount i typed was in sync with an offer so i get full talk time for 14 days which i already had. So my whole money was wasted and even the customer care response was not good, and not helpful at all. Was this information helpful? | |
