Vodafone India — misleading customers by providing wrong plan details | |
I have raised query for porting my number from aircel to vodafone postpaid. They said that we have special plan for aircel customer because aircel is closing down. And the plan was super249N in which they promised to give unlimited calls, 100sms & 21GB of data. But the actual plan is unlimited calls and 1GB of data only. Despite of complaining so many times the only reply I get that they are just sorry for the misleading information. I have mailed to nodal as well as appellate officers but not get any benefit. Conversation details: 1. 30/01/2018 - Telephonic complaint . Reply: resolve within 3 days. 2. 3/02/2018 - Telephonic complaint. Reply: resolve within 7 days. 3. 10/02/2018- Mailed to nodal officer. Reply: Internal inquiry going on. and there is no such plan. 4. 13/02/2018- Mailed to appellate officer. Reply: Not able to provide promised plan. Sorry for misleading information. Despite of accepting their mistake not providing any compensation to the customer. I have a written proof in the form of receipt. Receipt pic enclosed Was this information helpful? | |
