[Resolved] Vodafone India — Misleading Message | |||
Hi, I had recharged my number [protected] with INR 175 on 6th September 2014 for which I got the following message : "Rchrg of Bonus MRP175 successful. 17400 Local minutes for 30 days" from which it can be understood that the Bonus will be active till 5th/6th October. But I was charged for a local call on 22nd September 2014 with around 10Rs. After which I called to customer care (Allabakshi N) to know about the deduction made and I was told that the offer was for 17400 Seconds and not minutes. But i had got message as 17400 local minutes. Attached is the screenshot of the message which I had received on 6th Sep. Request you to refund the amount as the message misleaded me . note: I tried to attach the screenshot of the message, but as soon as i click on AddPhotoProof, the page is disabled, So if asked will send the screenshot of the message Was this information helpful? | |||
