Vodafone India — misleading recharge plans | |
Dear sir, I have recharged my phone number [protected] on two occasions by mistake. First recharge on 11th dec 2018 for 90 days & second Recharge on 20th Jan2019 valid for 48 days . Second recharge was done as I was getting prerecorded message stating that your account balance is insufficient to make a call . Hence second recharge is overwritten my previous valid plan of 90 days . My complain about the vfone is that 1) I called Vodafone customer care where it is told that core balance is required to make a call which is minimum of ₹35 which not mentioned any of the prepaid Recharge plan . 2) misleading advertising about the plan. I request you to look into the matter & direct Vodafone to REFUND THE MONEY of second recharge ₹458 . Kindly extend plan validity for 138 days from 11th dec 2018 or refund ₹458.
