Its very serious complaint about the vodafone.
The call center is not customer caring though they say that we
will look at your all concern. It’s totally pathetvatic service is
providing by customer care executive.
This is with connection to the calls what I made to Vodafone customer care on june 08, 2014 after 5.03 PM.
i had activated the gprs pack of 8rs in that they had specified that 12am to 6am regarding the gprs plan i got an confirm message of activation in that message they had specified as one day pack. for that i had called to custemer care one of the lady picked i had said that i had activated the plan in that message it has of only in 12am to 6 am & i got a message for one day (repetedly for atleast 2 times) but the lady told that its one day pack and u can use..
after that i started browsing while browsing the net my main accoount balance has been deducted..
for deduting of money also i did't got ant notification message, , .
again i called to the care and asked to connet to the supervisor, , after a long time they had received the call and i said all the things of deducting of money and requested him to credit of money, .
but he refused to credit the money. and told that they will take action about that lady, , but i said that u shud take action meanwhile to credit of my money. he again refused and disconnected the call of showing their attidute.
We as customer like to be given atleast little priority and need to
resolve the issue at first point of contact instead to close the
complaints without even resolving it.
please give justice to me..
