1) i wanted a new sim card for the number xxxxxx8893. Mine was lost previously. I walk into a vodafone ministore at kalwa near manisha nagar on 09.04.2016 where an executive named mudassar takes a copy of my pan card and asks me to sign it. He tells me if signature matches i will get a call from vodafone and a new sim card will be issued. He never returns my original pan card to me. On 11.04.2016 i walk into the store to collect my pan card . Neither my complaint is registered and i am told vodafone is not reverting and am asked to visit the main store.Further the mini store did not return the pan card copy that was given by me. Also i look for my pan card among a stash of other original documents of other people (Aadhar card & voters id etc ) which was also retained by the store. When i contacted vodafone help i was told there is no such procedure of signature being matched for sim issuance.
2) billed me for 2 months in spite of the sim being inactive. Even right now the sim is inactive
3) my request for change of address has been repeatedly not been done in spite of me visiting personally to the main store with all originals.
Further they have dispatching the sim card by post without my permission and that too to the wrong address. My notarized rent agreement was not considered.
4) they have not taken any action against the mini store representative in spite of me filing a police complaint. And all they sent me was a mail as to how to obtain a new sim.
