I ported my airtel number to vodafone. The agent provided me wrong sim. Now i am unable to contact the agent. Customer care number has always has a queue of not less than 15 minutes. Now, i donot have any number. This number is registered in my office and i am unable to log in to some sites which require otp. I am unable to do any bank transactions because i cannot receive otp on the number. The number is activated but i am not able to use it because of the poor service provided by vodafone and useless careless vodafone agents.
