Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i opted for vodafone network after being promised a family plan (3+1 members) by your company executives, working at vodafone store, aliganj, lucknow. Vodafone executive mr satya attended me on 22.06.2016, he informed that the plan was only for 3 people but after consulting with store manager mrs kajori rai he willingly offered for adding extra person. Thereafter, the formalities were completed i gave my voter card and identity card issued by oudh bar association, high court bench, lucknow. Mr satya, himself checked the documents and got it photocopied in the store itself and i was issued 4 sim cards against bsnl numbers viz. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. The bsnl number [protected] was opted for plan 225 and the rest were in the plan 199, in which the mutual call among the 4 numbers was charge free and plan 225 contained 450 min talk time with 1 gb data and 200 messages and the plan 199 talk time of 700 min and 200 messages was given. At the same time my bsnl numbers were ported to vodafone. The tele-verification was completed and the services were resumed by vodafone at [protected] and [protected]. Immediately, after two days of tele-verification the outgoing services with regard to my number [protected] was stopped, the services of [protected] were stopped a day later. I immediately called the executives who said they will check it and promised me to do the needful. When nothing was done i approached the vodafone store on 3rd july, 2016. Vodafone executives after checking the details informed me that due to some mistake on their part i have been given wrong plan and as such the verification has failed because the instant plan was a govt employee plan to which i was not entitled as per their version, though initially they have told me it to be family plan. It being sunday executives and asked me to come next day and talk to the store manager. I tried several times to call her but she did not responded.In the meantime the services of bsnl numbers [protected] and [protected] were completely stopped i. E. Outgoing and incoming both. The executives thereafter on 8.07.2016 informed me to deposit security money rs. 3000/- but when i contested that the plan which was issued to me was free of security deposit, they said ‘you deposit just rs. 500/- and we will resume your services on individual identity papers’. I considering the professional loss which i was facing due to barred services of vodafone agreed to it because i was using the said bsnl number since last about 14 years. I agreed for the same because i could not revert back to bsnl again before 3 months as per mnp guidelines. But, i did not accepted the same for the other 3 numbers, of which 2 have already been ported to vodafone. Despite, the promise of resuming my services immediately it has not been done by the vodafone company as result i have been suffering badly in innumerable manner. I being professional lawyer has suffered huge loss to my credibility which is beyond redemption. Vodafone and its executives are responsible for the complete mess. It has affected me, my family, my old aged widow mother and all my clientage. Please do the needful and revert all my numbers to bsnl, as i have lost complete faith in vodafone. For the time being kindly resume my services immediately.
