I wanted to port my current TATA Docomo [protected] number in Vodfone Post network, accordingly I had call with Vodafone customer care executive and gathered the details of post-paid plans.
They suggested me 399 plan [Unlimited local+STD calling, 100 sms per month, 21 GB 4 G Net /month & incoming free in roaming network ], So I accepted the given offer on 4th May 2017 at the morning hrs. then immediately I got a verification call from Vodafone Team.
On the same day, I submitted my one Passport Photograph, 1 Adahr Card copy & Index 2 copy of my Flat for address proof to Mr. Sandip Dangre [[protected]] at 18.15 hrs.
After that, I haven’t received any update/acknowledgement from Vodafone Team So on 9th of May 2017 I called up to Vodafone MNP helpline number[protected]. They informed me that there is no such MNP request is raised in their side, So I called up Mr. Sandeep, he informed that he has submitted my document to Mr. Pankaj [[protected]].
I called to Mr. Pankaj for an update but no luck. He told me that he will not be responsible for the porting and you haven’t given me the document. So you can directly contact to our office.
called up on office [protected] number and had a word with one lady, asked her for status. She informed me that she will check and will update me and disconnected the call. After that I called up multiple times but no one responded .
Yesterday i.e. of 10th may 2017, I received a call from Vodafone- Kasar wadi Branch and given me totally un acceptable and reckless answers and also informed me that we will raise the MNP request on behalf of you today . So I suggested them to stop my NMP process and return my all the documents.
She said ok and informed that you will get the document by EOD today but still I didn’t received any document.
Today i.e. 11th May 2017. I tried Mr. Sandeep’s number, initially he received my call and the moment when I said this Amol Patil, he immediately disconnected my call and switched off his Cell.
Further, I called up to Mr. Pankaj, he informed me that I am not at all responsible and do whatever you want. Also given me [protected] mobile number and asked me to have word with the office member.
I called up[protected] on this number but no one responded. After 30 min I got a call from this same number [I forgot to recall hi name]. He told me, as of now we haven’t raise any porting request for your number but if you want I can raise today. Also he informed me that if you are agreed then I will give you the plan of 399 Rs. But you will get the 11 GB 4 G Net /month instead of 21 GB which was committed to me on 4th of May 2017.
So I have denied him for the porting and asked me to return back my all the documents by today itself but yet I haven’t received any confirmation from him.
