Vodafone India — mob.[protected]:flex recharge amount rs.194/- for 700 flex debited to my hdfc bank account but flex not credited

I paid rs. 194 /- using net banking facility of my hdfc bank account. The earlier flex expiry date was 27/07/2017 and i carried out this transaction in the morning on 27/07/2017.
Since i did not get the credit for the flex on my mobile no. [protected] i had to make another transaction of rs.118 /-
For 325 flex to top up my earlier balance before the expiration date of 27/07/2017.
