[Resolved] Vodafone India — Mobile billing | |||
I have already raised a complaint against Vodafone for my mobile bill for the month of October 2016 for excess billing towards mobile internet charges on International Roaming. The complaints were sent to nodal office as well as the appellate authority but till date my complaint remains un resolved. They are just maintaining the same stand that the usage was genuine were as I have not used and mobile internet service on the specified date. The details of complaint is given below: Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this mail with reference the billing complaints lodged vide trailing mail & the response received from the nodal officer on the same. I am not satisfied with the response to complaint raised on dispute item in the billing and hence referring to the appellate authority so that the dispute is resolved in the best interest of both parties. As explained in the trailing mail I have been charged Rs 5896/- in my latest bill towards mobile internet usage while on International roaming which is not correct as I have not used any mobile internet facility during my stay abroad and therefore request to reverse this wrong debit. I have already made adhoc payment of Rs.2000 under protest & will not be making further payments till this matter is resolved. Needless to mention here that I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years and never in the past I have had any dispute on billing and my payments have been regular. However in the instant case the decision taken to disrupt the services was not called for considering my long association with you esteemed company.
