I am using the Vodafone number from past more than 9 years. After relocating to Hyderabad I tried to change the service provider (due to Vodafone Network not available / poor signals). But Vodafone rejected the application every time saying the bills are pending. Afterwords, I started facing lots of problems. I was not even able to make a call because of the non availability of network / poor signals. Forget about making a call I was not even able to receive a call or sms. I was simply making payments to Vodafone. Me a/w my husband visited near by Vodafone store end number of times to register complaint. In fact I called up the customer care also but all my efforts were in vain as there was no solution to the complaints. From past more than six months the situation is even worst. Am only carrying a handset with sim so I stopped making payments from Feb'17 onward. Now they have sent me a demand notice. I replied them asking for justification as to why should I make the payment but they didn't even bother to revert. Request you to look into this and resolve the issue.
