Apart from earlier discussion with Vodafone customer care I had call with Appellate customer care(Nikhil) where I explained that, I sent request to Vodafone care regarding closing my number[protected] on 6th Feb 2019. There was no response from Vodafone so I mailed again after 10 days but still there was no response. So in march I clearly mentioned that I am not going to pay next bill but even after that I made payment for March month. After doing this I was still getting bill for this number which I stopped using. Also I visited Vodafone customer care Goregaon East on 18th may 2019 where representative said your number is stopped and Billing department would null out amount against this number. Listing to this yesterday appellate customer representative asked me to send Mail copy which I sent yesterday. I was expecting further communication from Vodafone against that mail chain not randomly someone dropping mail me without knowing history and asking for payment. I am expecting zero amount against my closed number ([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||
