Vodafone India — Mobile data is charged higher than expected | |||
Hi, My cont no is [protected].It is registered on the name of Dr Vinod Shamrao Kolekar.I had requested for 3G 1 Gb (299/-rs)data plan.I don't know what was the reason even after calling customer care multiple times they were not able to fulfill my request.So I had visited Vodafone gallery but they told me that there is some issue so we are escalating your request.Even after that I didn't receive any call from vodafone.one day when I started my data I was able to use the internet.I thought that 3G plan has been activated so till 2nd of Feb I had used the data until I received the bill message of approximately 1500/- rs from vodafone.so on the same day I called customer care regarding this issue.Customer care representative told me that you have activated payyougo internet service which I never asked for.because it had been told to me by representative that you need to send START message on 1925 as part of 3gb data plan activation.So I did whatever they told me to perform.Now vodafone charged me 1624 /- rs for the data.Actually for data vodafone supposed to charge me 299 instead of 1624 /- rs.I think it's because of the wrong info being provided.Even call was arranged for the same on 14th Feb 2016.But till date I haven't receive any call from vodafone.Service registration for the same is[protected].Even I send the mail for the same on Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.Still there I no revert on it.
