I have been paying monthly for data plans on my mobile. However it does not work until and unless I restart my phone .I have filed a complaint several times( at least 5 times on phone / message etc. latest follow up date: 10 August 2016) However whenever I follow up they just tell me that the complaint is registered. But do nothing about it. I have been suffering with this network since 6 months now. There is no mobile data network almost all of the time. I would like to get a full refund, since I have given up on getting good services from the company
