Vodafone India — mobile insurance issue | |||
I am using vodafone postpaid number with red plan 499 since last four years. It has been more than 1 month that i want to raise my concern that my device have some issue like screen is broken and no battery backup. I don't have mobile shield certificate no: for these issues i am calling many times in vodafone customer care and mobile shield support number since last one month, and always they said we'll will look into your problem within 24 hours. But still i have not received any positive response from them. I have tried to reach them via email as well as phone, but hey they won't care about your problem. It is really very disappointed that i choose vodafone mobile shield service. Now, i am planing to move with another network provider who will provide good service not like vodafone. I will not recommend vodafone and mobile service to anyone. Too bad, too worst. My vodafone number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
