Vodafone India — Mobile internet customer care recklessness

Hi, from last few days i getting some problem on mobile internet. I escalated already in previous time about the same to vodofone customer care about mobile internet trouble & mis handle of customer care. Then they revert back and say apologies for the same. Again same problem i am facing so i approached customer care for the same. This time also i recived same response which i never expect. They are unable to solve my problem and tried to escalate the same to concern in same customer care but i don't know why my calls are not connected to customer care. This is very bad practice of vodofone network. I had voice record tooo for the same.
