Vodafone India — mobile network and billing | |||||
Hi sir, My self venkat, i was using last 7-8 month i using vodafone. Network. Because before i using aircel network 4.9 months there i'm not facing any issue regarding network or billing issues i get the good communication and good response from them. But after aircel closing when i change the vodafone i facing lots of billing issue and network issues. Today i call to your customer care officers they are put me in hold last 32 min, after somebody disconnect the call. Even i'm not get 2g network also in my home. I manage 3 numbers in voda (2 postpaid 1- pre paid) network, more then 10 times i call and register the network issue to your respective customer care officers but they give only "as much as possible 5 days you get the good network"but still i'm not get, because only bothered about this issue Last one month i disconnect my one number [protected] because i hope after that vodafone ask me why i disconnect the number but nobody call and i'm not get any improvement. This month 2 days before i get message from vodafone pls make payment on that number even i'm not using that number but bill is generating.
