I have submitted document for mobile portability of the Vodafone Mumbai Number [protected] to Vodafone Bangaluru on 15/04/2017. I have received a text message on 19/04/2017 at 10:30 PM that the portability is successful.
So to activate, I called 59059, the IVR asks me to select the correct language & once I have selected the right language, the IVR disconnects the call.
I have made calls to [protected], their customer care executive asks me to call Mumbai region Vodafone number [protected]. I called on this number, but the customer care asks me to call 199 & hangs up the call on the face.
Please note I have called 199, it does not work for me there as well. I have called the relationship manager, but no response from there as well. I waited for 40 long minutes, but no luck there as well. Was this information helpful? |
