Vodafone India — Mobile recharge wrong information from customer care | |||
On 12/12/2015 I call Vodafone customer care for knowing best Net pack 3G offer for mob.No. [protected]. Customer executive Prity jha talk to me & inform me for recharge of rs 147/- for which I wl get 1 GB 3g data with 30 days validity. Same day I recharge with 147 & got 450 Mb data for 14 days only. Why? Again I cl cstmr care they reply there was no such offer on my Mob no. Why wrong information given to me? Who will compensate for this? Was this information helpful? | |||
