inflated bill of Rs 3000 in feb 2015 and in mar 2015 ...detail of mobile data consumption of 600 MB and 480 MB as shown in bill of feb and march 2015 not disclosed to consumer despite request so far...usage as billed VF Mobile Connect not comprehensible...customer denies said high usage of 600 MB...consumer has right to know said usage details before pressuring in payment ...1/3 rd of payment made in instalement ...suddenly in may 2015 all services withdrawn ...under which legal provision of company or service contract, even the service of incoming call taken away...monopoly of such service provider, whether can be challenged in any legal forum if service to [protected] not restored immediately ...co. not considered that payment since feb2014 was regular
