Vodafone India — Money deducted

I got msg about deduction of money as DOTBOT service is activated on my number.I never tried to activate it or wanted it.This has happened many times and services get auto activated with deduction of money.I had lost rs250, 100rs, rs75 and now about rs10 today for DOTBOT service.This is quite embarrassing bring a consumer of Vodafone from a long time.Bad and poor service. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 25, 2017 Updated by 1900 Again today I got msg about deduction of money for VDS AJDESIBEATS which I never subscribed.The situation is worst.You never know when u visit any news channel site for newsupdates etc.your money get deducted for any service excuse.Bad service by Vodafone. This is really a way of deducting money so consumer go for recharges, credits, topups? ???I feel give my all deducted money back till today.😈😠however, it may not be possible but I will definitely review services by vodefone negatively.And tell people beware of it!

Same problem for me too..Even for customer call also they are deducting STD call amt worst network...No-one is gng to use Vodafone soon i[censored] people repeat d same
