[Resolved]  Vodafone India — money got deducted from a/c but no data pack activated

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

I recharged 249/- vodafone pack through sbi online platform. My money got deducted from a/c saying the recharge was successful but there was no message from vodafone/no activated data pack... I called voda customer service but they said as the payment was made through 3rd party, they can't help! Please let me know why this had happened & try to solve this problem. I would be grateful. Thank you.
