Vodafone India — Money not refunded within time limit

Hi, my name is Debasis and my mobile number is [protected], Kolkata circle. I got one sms yesterday that some vas service is activated and Rs 99 is deducted from main account. I was surprised to see the sms and atonce called the customer service and urged a request to deactivate the service and refund my money back. The service was deactivated soon but they didn't even refund a single paisa till now. I called them several times and they did same drama and told to wait two hours and twenty six hours have already been gone. Now, they intentionally block my number from their help services. Guyz, don't even think to use Vodafone. They are cheaters.
